    There are a few things to consider that can affect the total Porta Potty rental price. What is the length of my event, hours, days, weeks, months? The length of time the unit will actually be in use directly affects how many toilets you might need to order. Weekend event portable toilets and sinks are typically delivered on a weekday leading up to the event and picked up on a weekday following the event. Weekend delivery, service or pickup is available at an additional charge. Upgrades, like restrooms with hand wash sinks will be at a higher rental rate than basic Porta Potty rentals. Handicap accessible restrooms might be required for your public event, large or small.
  • How far in advance should I reserve a Paul's Pottie?
    Although we advise that you reserve your portable toilet rental as far in advance as you are comfortable, a general rule of thumb would be to book your Porta Potty rental at least one week in advance. During peak times of the year, particularly in warmer months, inventory of portable restrooms, restroom trailers or other items may be limited. The larger the project or event, the more lead time is advised to ensure we have the chance to properly evaluate your needs, assign rental assets and deploy the resources to your site in a timely fashion.

    Yes. Our regular portable toilets are the most popular rental for weekend or one day parties. There are many other options to choose from, with the ability to rent for just one day, as well. It is always best to call at least one week prior to your event to ensure that you secure your desired portable restroom and to coordinate proper delivery times.

  • Where will you place my Paul's Pottie?
    We will place your portable restroom at your event or job site per your instruction, and make every reasonable attempt to accommodate your wishes. However, for safety reasons we must keep the unit readily accessible for servicing, and will notify you if relocation is necessary. This ensures that our trucks, employees and equipment are not in danger or at risk.

    Paul's Potties offers stakes that fit securely in the side of the skids on each unit, anchoring it securely to the ground. This eliminates the risk of your portable restroom being tipped over in areas of high wind.
  • What if my location may be unaccesable due to mud/snow?
    We will do our best to service your rental on the day it is assigned to be serviced. However, if we can not reach your rental due to weather and/or other obstacles we will call the renter of the rental and find another time to complete the service.
  • Where does the waste go after being pumped?
    The waste from your portable restroom is disposed of at a local wastewater treatment facility in accordance with all local and state regulations.
  • How do you reduce germs and odors in the portable toilet?
    Paul's Potties not only pumps the holding tank and cleans the inner bowl of the unit, but also provides a remarkable janitorial service to both inside and out of the rental. Our employees clean and sanitize the portable restrooms at each service, and wash them with soap and water. We also add a special detergent to the water, which acts as both a sanitizer and deodorizer, keeping the unit smelling great while reducing exposure to germs.
  • What happens if my portable toilet gets tipped over?
    In the event of a Paul's Pottie being tipped over, please contact our office as soon as possible to report the incident. We will dispatch a driver to come to the site and clean the unit or switch out the portable toilet with a replacement, depending on the severity of the incident.
  • How are Paul's Potties cleaned and how frequently?
    The standard service frequency for a Paul's Pottie rental is once per week. Routine weekly service will ensure sanitary conditions inside your restroom for all users, and includes replenishing of supplies. Our standard rental rates include the cost of weekly cleaning and service. Increased frequency of cleaning and service is available to all clients for an additional charge.   • Will my Paul's Pottie be clean for my event?
    Absolutely. All of our portable toilet rentals undergo a thorough cleaning and pre-delivery inspection process to ensure that they are delivered in like-new, pristine condition.
  • How often will you dump my dumpster?
    The standard of dumpsters is typically once a month service. However, we will dump your dumpster whenever prompted or at a more frequent rate if requested by the customer.
